Chromosome staining/banding/FISH
C- bands distributed in centromeric and telomeric regions of several chromosomes with strong bands on short arms of first metacentric pair and on two acrocentric elements corresponding to 19th pair. Silver, CMA3 staining and 18S FISH signals present on short arm of 19th acrocentric pair, which frequently show size heteromorphism.
